TRAINING IN EMBRACING THE TOURISM TRANSITION
Objectives:

• Understand the key principles of sustainable development for the tourism sector, in relation to your region
• Understand the issues, impacts and means of action of tourism service providers in your region
• Be able to rally and support stakeholders in your region around a common project
• Shape and roll out a sustainable tourism strategy in your region
• Be familiar with and apply monitoring and steering tools
• Grasp the basics of sustainable communication so that you can apply them in your region
Duration: 77 hours or 11 days
Target group: Any employee of a local authority or organisation such as a tourist office, Département-level tourism agency or regional tourism board wishing to develop and then lead a sustainable policy within their region.
Methods: hybrid learning (combines in-person and online sessions)

TRAINING TO DEVELOP YOUR DASHBOARD ON THE THEME OF FLOWS
Objectives:
• Get to grips with the key issues associated with visitor flow management
• Define the characteristics of a responsible visitor flow observatory
• Understand what an indicator is and experiment with measuring the impact of tourism
• Establish your action plan using indicators and organise your dashboard
Duration:  18 hours (4 x 3hr30 modules, 1 x 3hr module and a 1 x 1hr individual interview)

• Shape and roll out a CSR strategy within my organisation thanks to the Green Passport scheme, in line with the UN and the Sustainable Development Goals
• Be familiar with the tools for monitoring and steering my CSR policy and include them in my region’s Green Passport project
