Objectives:
• Understand the challenges facing the tourism sector and the key figures for tourist accommodation
• Understand the regulatory changes in the hotel sector
• Learn ways to reduce water and energy use and waste production in a hotel
Duration: 3 hours 30 minutes
Target group: This training course is designed for all employees working in the hotel sector and enables them to meet criterion 237 of the hotel rating system

INTRODUCTORY COURSE IN SUSTAINABLE TOURISM AND CSR (GREEN KEY CERTIFICATION)
Objectives:
• Understand the key principles of sustainable development and CSR for the tourism sector, in relation to my company, my business and my region.
• Gain a general understanding of how to implement a CSR project in the tourism industry, to be able to participate in the future.
Duration : 7 hours
Target group : Any employee of a company or local authority whose business is linked to tourism, and can meet Green Key certification
Methods : online or in-person
Dates : on demand, training available all year round, with a 1- to 3-month implementation time

TRAINING FOR STAFF IN WELCOMING GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES (CRITERION 210 OF THE HOTEL RATING SYSTEM)
 Objectives:
• Understand the different types of disability and key figures
• Understand the main regulatory points regarding accessibility
• Understand the watch points, the right attitudes and behaviour to adopt to welcome guests with disabilities
Duration:  3 hours 30 minutes
Target group:  Any employee of a company or local authority with a permanent reception activity linked to tourism, and can meet criterion 210 of the hotel rating system and the public accessibility register
 Methods: online or in-person
Dates: on demand, training available all year round, with swift implementation times
